Health numbers are useful when you understand what they mean and where they stop. These calculators turn a few measurements into reference figures you can track over time, the kind a doctor or nurse would jot down. They are estimates for information, not a diagnosis, and they never replace a real medical check.

Turning measurements into useful numbers

Sleep runs in cycles of about 90 minutes, and the deep sleep that restores your body comes early in the night. If your alarm is set for 6:30 am and you take 15 minutes to fall asleep, five cycles back up to a 10:45 pm bedtime for 7.5 hours, while four cycles means 12:15 am.

The mistake to avoid is reading one number as a verdict. A single BMI or body fat figure ignores muscle, frame and age, and trends over months tell you far more than any single day. If a number worries you, bring it to a clinician rather than acting on it alone.
